Purpose of the treatment of your data: Purchase of a sessión of the Room Escape
Advertising: To send information and news we request specific permission.

Conservation: Your data will remain the necessary legal time for the accomplishment of the service.

ROOM ESCAPE VIP, S.L. informs you that we fulfill all the requirements established by the regulation of data protection and with all the technical and organizing necessary measures to guarantee the security of personal data.

Other conditions

On the arrival

  • You must all arrive 5/10 minutes before the time. It will not be possible initiate the game after more than 15 minutes of delay, and any right of return will get lost.

Changes

  • Cancellations only 7 days before the session. Extra fee of 10€ for processing charges, to discounting of the amount to reimburse.
  • You can change of date up to 3 days before. Processing cost of 10€.

Image

  • Bring the document that we send you with data fulfilled and signed by the whole group, in case of desiring a photo of group at the end to publish in our web and social networks.
  • You are informed that there are cameras inside, used for the follow-up of the game, that do not record any image

Health

  • The are no physical proofs. You must have a good health to be standing up during an hour, to stoop and to get up to look for tracks.
  • Any problem of health that you have, indicate it before the beginning of the game for knowledge of the Game Master, to act or to monitor in consequence, or to decide if he can play.
  • If some player has claustrophobia: The doors you cross remain opened. The ceilings are high and are not closed. Entrance door is not blocked, and it is made of polystyrene. The tour has indicators of emergency exit.
  • You can play alone from 16 years old. Minors of 16, only if they are part of a family group, never alone or only with one adult. Minors of 5/6 years under responsibility of their parents or tutors and always controlled.

During the game

  • Once initiated the game, the abandon will mean the loss of it, without no return of the amount.
  • Breaking of objects for use of extreme force or vandalism will mean the expulsion without return of the amount, and possible claim for damages.
  • If the GM detects symptoms of drunkenness it will be a motive of expulsion or not allowing the entry.
  • There is not allowed the use of mobiles, lighters or dangerous objects.

Money

  • Prices are for session and they depend on the hour and number of players.
  • Sessions of 21:00pm, 22:45pm and special festive do not admit promos not even discounts.
  • If you need an invoice with the detailed IVA (VAT), give us your data in the purchase, and we will send it to you by e-mail after the end of the game. We need complete name or company, address, NIF/CIF.
  • Prices of the sessions already include 21% of IVA.

 

  • HOW CAN I PAY
  • 100% when booking with VISA, wire transfer or ATM without envelop.
  • 30€ when booking as a sign with wire transfer or ATM without envelop, and the rest in cash before the beginning of the game.
  • B Sabadell or CaixaBank. The amount must be in our hands before initiating the game
